We are seeking a seasoned
Regional Operations Manager
to oversee the performance and growth of Hunger Station Markets across assigned regions. This role will lead and support
Area Supervisors
and
Store Managers
, ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction in line with company standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Supervisors and Store Managers to drive consistent performance and service standards across all stores.

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with operational policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

Monitor and improve key business metrics such as sales, profitability, order fulfillment time, and customer experience.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Category, Supply Chain, Commercial, and HR) to ensure smooth coordination and execution of market initiatives.

Identify regional challenges and opportunities, implementing action plans to optimize efficiency and growth.

Ensure effective inventory management, loss prevention, and operational cost control.

Conduct regular performance reviews, store audits, and training sessions to ensure teams are aligned with business goals.

Support expansion and new store launch initiatives within the region.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail or grocery operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-store leadership role.

Strong people management and mentoring skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
-
Saudi Nationals preferred.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
