Job Title: Multi Technician

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or as a multi-skilled technician.
• Solid working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Experienced in window ac's maintenance, general maintenance, additional power supply installation, generator maintenance
• Ability to work independently and respond to after-hours or emergency calls when required.
