Multi Technician

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Multi Technician to join our maintenance and facilities team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our facility and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs efficiently.
• Carry out installation and setup of new equipment or systems.
• Inspect building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) regularly.
• Handle emergency repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance or multi technician (3+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical License, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Physically fit and able to work in various conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
