Multi Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Multi Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in various maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems.
• Repair and replace faulty wiring, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning components, and other building elements.
• Assist with minor carpentry and painting work as required.
• Follow safety regulations and company guidelines while performing tasks.
• Coordinate with supervisors and report completed work.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Multi Technician.
✅ Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC.
✅ Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing systems, HVAC, and carpentry work.
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
✅ Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
✅ UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
✅ Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
