Multi Technician

Role

Responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring smooth operation of facilities and equipment.

Key Duties

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on MEP systems and equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trade
• 2–4 years of experience as a technician in facilities or construction
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry works
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shift
