Multi Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works in civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Carry out routine inspections of equipment, fixtures, and utilities to ensure proper functioning.
• Install, maintain, and repair air-conditioning units, electrical fixtures, plumbing systems, carpentry, and basic masonry works.
• Assist in the repair of building structures including doors, windows, flooring, and partitions.
• Handle minor painting, tiling, and finishing works as required.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, service requests, and emergency repair needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials while maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
