Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Multi Technician to join our Facilities Management team. You will handle maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, ensuring smooth operations of buildings and facilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-trade maintenance
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or other maintenance trades
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
• Strong coordination and time management skills
• Physically fit for maintenance work

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks
• Respond to work orders promptly
• Maintain accurate records and update logs
• Coordinate with team and vendors
• Follow safety and company policies
