Multi Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Facility Systems Upkeep: Maintain Lighting, plumbing, security systems, and common area equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and repair industrial equipment, including motors, pumps, and HVAC/Chillers.
• Documentation: Log operational data of equipment and maintain detailed, accurate records of maintenance tasks.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, HAZMAT) and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to optimize building operations.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Broad knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Experience: Proven experience in facility maintenance.
• Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for handling client/tenant maintenance requests.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in relevant trades.

Preferred Skills:

• PLC principles and industrial welding.
• Working knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems).

Job Type: Full-time
