Job Title: Multi-Technician (Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Gypsum Carpenter)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Technician with expertise in electrical work, plumbing, painting, and gypsum carpentry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across multiple disciplines. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities: Electrical Work:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in residential and commercial buildings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Plumbing:
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot and fix leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
• Install water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Painting:
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and patching.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Ensure smooth and even paint application with attention to detail.

Gypsum Carpentry:

• Install and repair gypsum board (drywall), partitions, and false ceilings.
• Cut, shape, and assemble gypsum boards to create designs as per specifications.
• Perform finishing work such as taping, jointing, and smoothing surfaces.
• Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, and gypsum carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and industry standards.
• Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or technical certification in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,250.00 per month
