Multi Technician with UAE Driver License

Job Description:

Are you a skilled multi-technician with a wide range of maintenance capabilities? Do you have experience in MEP, HVAC, painting, handyman tasks, and more? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a Multi-Technician to join our team and take on the responsibility; you will perform various tasks, ensuring efficiency in tasks. The ideal candidate is self-reliant, responsible, and dedicated to observing all health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned daily tasks in HVAC, MEP, painting, or handyman.
• Conduct manual repairs when necessary, such as fixing locks or replacing windows.
• Execute general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned, including painting and carpentry.
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and customers are adequately informed of job details.
• Report all issues, complaints, and job status to the supervisor in a clear and concise manner.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a maintenance multi-technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, MEP, HVAC, and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, standard appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field will be a plus.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
