Multi Technician(HVAC) Cum Driver

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Multi Technician(HVAC) Cum Driver to handle Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and supervise maintenance works at different sites across UAE. The candidate must have strong experience in HVAC systems and team handling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC and facility maintenance works at site
• Plan and schedule PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) activities
• Handle maintenance of AC, FCU, FAHU, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
• Assign daily tasks to technicians and monitor work progress
• Ensure work completion as per company standards and safety rules
• Maintain service reports, checklists, and maintenance records
• Coordinate with office and management for daily updates
• Attend breakdown / emergency maintenance when required
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment
• Drive company vehicle for site visits when required
• Support and guide technicians during work

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in HVAC / Facility Maintenance
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License preferred
• Must be currently available in UAE
• Basic English communication required
