hvac design engineer

• Design, review, and develop HVAC systems including cooling load calculations, duct design, and equipment selection in compliance with project requirements and local authority regulations.
• Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts using relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Coordinate with architects, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to verify design implementation and resolve any technical issues.
• Supervise installation works and ensure all HVAC systems are installed as per approved drawings and standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals, submissions, and inspections.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Manage project timelines and provide technical support to the project team.
• Drive to project sites as required for inspections, coordination, and supervision (valid UAE driving license mandatory).
• Support procurement by reviewing material submittals and coordinating with suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
