Senior Utility Engineer (Dubai experience only)

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) – Dubai Branch is hiring an experienced Senior Utility Engineer for our infrastructure project in Dubai.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should have strong experience in Dubai infrastructure projects, especially RTA roads, bridges, underpasses, utilities, and related civil construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate utility works at the project site.

Review utility drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and related technical documents.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and site teams for smooth execution of utility works.

Supervise and monitor wet and dry utility works, including drainage, sewerage, water, irrigation, telecom, electrical, and related services.

Ensure utility works are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and authority requirements.

Identify clashes, site issues, and discrepancies, and coordinate for timely resolution.

Prepare progress updates, site reports, and required technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and authority standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in utility works for infrastructure projects.

Previous experience in Dubai RTA projects is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of wet and dry utilities.

Experience with authority coordination such as RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat/e&, DU, Dubai South, and other relevant authorities will be an advantage.

Ability to read and understand utility drawings, profiles, layouts, NOC drawings, and shop drawings.

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
