Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conduct daily inspections to ensure store compliance with food safety, service quality, and cleanliness standards.
2. Provide hands-on support during peak hours to maintain service efficiency.
3. Coach and lead store teams through daily PEP talks and performance feedback.
4. Monitor and report daily sales performance, cost of goods, and key operational metrics.
5. Evaluate and support the performance of alternative sales channels such as Grab & Go and catering.
6. Perform spot checks, and cash audits, and assist in resolving operational issues.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Inventory) to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Area Manager in the QSR or food service industry.
3. Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
4. Physically fit and able to handle indoor and outdoor work settings.
5. Proven leadership and operational management skills.

Pay: BD900.000 per month
