Multi-Unit Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets
• Lead, coach, and motivate Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve performance goals
• Drive sales, profitability, and ensure achievement of operational KPIs
• Ensure consistency in guest experience, food quality, and brand compliance
• Manage budgets, control inventory, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize growth and efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5–8 years of leadership experience in QSR/restaurant operations (multi-unit management preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and managing P&L
• Ability to travel and manage multiple locations effectively

Hands-on, result-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
