Job Description

Use your language skills to start a career in Business Development. As a Business Development Representative for AIContentfy you will make deals with companies throughout Europe, build lasting relationships, and get direct training from our Finnish Business Development team.  Instead of mass cold calls, you will work with select leads to develop partnerships.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (fixed)

Location:  Maadi (onsite)

Salary:  competitive base salary

Requirements:

• Fluency (C1+) in: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Dutch, Finnish, Danish, or Swedish
• Bachelor's degree required
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to feedback
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target markets 
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through relationship-building and renewal strategies
• Identify client needs, build trust, and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals
• Conduct in depth research to understand client needs and operations 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Stay informed about SEO to provide informed recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM
