Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation, proposals, follow-up)
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Coordinate with presales and technical teams to deliver accurate solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients
  • Complete full product training on UPS systems, data center solutions, and batteries
  • Gain full understanding of MPS Egypt’s internal processes (quotations, delivery cycle, invoicing, coordination with presales)
  • Ability to qualify leads and prepare initial technical assessments
  • Confidence in presenting UPS and data center solutions to customers
  • Strong follow-up discipline with accurate documentation
  • Improve communication with internal teams (presales, logistics, finance)
  • Shadow the sales manager and senior sales engineers in customer meetings
  • Conduct customer visits (existing and new accounts)
  • Generate a minimum number of qualified leads
