About the Role
We are seeking skilled Multilingual Real Estate Agents to support our expanding international client base. This role focuses on assisting buyers and investors from various linguistic and cultural backgrounds, providing tailored guidance, and ensuring a seamless property‑buying experience in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in their native language (e.g., Russian, Chinese, French) throughout the property search and transaction process.
- Conduct property viewings, consultations, and market briefings in multiple languages.
- Provide accurate translations during meetings, negotiations, and documentation when required.
- Advise clients on pricing, communities, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and closing.
- Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and follow‑ups using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Russian, Chinese, French, or others).
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
