The Multimedia Content Creator will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high quality photo and video content across QC+ brands and initiatives, including hospitality, retail, membership, and cultural programming.
The role requires both creative sensitivity and technical expertise, with the ability to translate brand direction into engaging digital assets. The Multimedia Content Creator will work closely with the Brand Managers, Art Director, Digital Marketing team, and Communications team to ensure that all content aligns with campaign objectives and visual standards.
This position requires a hands on, agile approach, with strong on site coverage capabilities for activations, launches, and events.
Key Responsibilities:

Capture high quality photo and video content across restaurants, retail concepts, membership activations, and cultural events

Produce short form and long form video content tailored for social media platforms, websites, and campaigns

Edit videos, reels, interviews, and event recaps in line with brand tone and visual guidelines

Collaborate with Brand Managers to understand campaign objectives and content priorities

Work closely with the Art Director to ensure alignment with visual direction and creative standards

Develop shot lists, storyboards, and content outlines prior to productions

Ensure timely delivery of edited content in line with campaign deadlines and content calendars

Organize and maintain a structured archive of visual assets for future use

Adapt content for multiple platforms while optimizing for performance and engagement

Support live coverage during key moments, ensuring real time content capture where required

Maintain and manage equipment to ensure professional quality output

Stay up to date with digital content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Visual Communication, or related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in multimedia content creation, videography, and photography

Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling across hospitality, lifestyle, or cultural content

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects

Strong photography skills and understanding of lighting, composition, and sound
