Job Title: Multimedia Content Creator – Video Production, Photography & Graphic Design

We are looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Content Creator to manage end-to-end content production, including video creation, photography, graphic design, and collage creation. The candidate will play a key role in building our brand presence across digital platforms by creating engaging visual content for marketing, social media, events, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production & Planning

• Conceptualize ideas, scripts, and storyboards for videos and creatives
• Plan shoots for events, classrooms, activities, and promotions
• Coordinate with the marketing/admissions team for content requirements

Videography & Video Editing

• Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or mobile devices
• Edit videos for social media, ads, reels, YouTube, and website
• Add transitions, subtitles, background music, and basic motion graphics

Photography

• Capture professional photographs of events, students, staff, infrastructure, and activities
• Edit and enhance photos for digital and print use

Graphic Design & Collage Creation

• Design posters, banners, social media creatives, thumbnails, and flyers
• Create photo collages and visual layouts for campaigns and events
• Ensure brand consistency in all designs

Content Management

• Organize and maintain media files and content library
• Assist in posting content on social media platforms if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut)
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Strong understanding of camera handling, lighting, and framing
• Creativity with attention to detail and aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in education, school, college, or institutional branding
• Knowledge of social media trends and content formats
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or After Effects (added advantage)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in multimedia content creation
• Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
