The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and developing high-quality files, artworks, and visual content with precision, speed, and creativity. The role requires producing and editing a variety of media formats — including commercials, promotional videos, corporate training materials, marketing assets, and event recaps — to deliver a cohesive and engaging brand story. The designer will also coordinate with printing houses and ensure that all outputs adhere to corporate brand guidelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Understand company vision and design aesthetics to ensure consistent creative direction across all events.

Support the creative lead in developing innovative design concepts and proposals.

Create graphic designs, visualizations, renderings, and illustrations for event environments and client presentations.

Develop social media graphics, marketing visuals, and videos to support campaigns

Provide the production team with drawings, materials, and specifications required for fabrication.

Offer design support and direction during event production and onsite execution.

Oversee graphic and printing requirements to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Maintain high standards of production and quality control.

Participate in client meetings and discovery calls to understand requirements and brand guidelines.

Prepare and update proposals, including creative concepts, presentation materials, and written copy.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals and pitch materials on time.

Ensure alignment with client brand standards and company corporate identity.

Maintain and update graphic assets for the holding company and subsidiaries.

Create new concepts and presentations as required to support marketing and event objectives.
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in event/experiential agencies, design firms, or creative teams.

Strong creative sense with impeccable taste and ability to develop fresh, innovative concepts for live experiences, stage, and broadcast set designs.

Proven experience in designing large-scale televised stages and sets.

High proficiency in AutoCAD and rendering software (3DS Max, Maya, or similar).

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite for 3D visualization, modelling, and rendering.

Excellent sketching and visualization skills, with a strong design portfolio showcasing modern aesthetics.

Strong project and time management skills with extreme attention to detail.

Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.

Flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred/required).
