Job Description


The Multimedia Designer is a creative specialist responsible for combining graphic design with animation to produce both static and animated content across multiple platforms. This role involves conceptualizing and illustrating compelling visuals that align with the brand identity and campaign objectives. The designer will develop high-quality, innovative content such as digital artwork, motion graphics, and short-form videos while ensuring consistency with brand and IP guidelines.

The Multimedia Designer must have a strong grasp of digital imaging and animation techniques, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.


Marketing & Brand Responsibilities


  • Design complex graphics, animations, and illustrations using creativity and sound judgment to support the development of high-impact content for internal and external communications.
  • Bring static objects and characters to life by manipulating elements such as light, color, texture, shadow, and transparency to create the illusion of motion.
  • Deliver creative solutions that address business objectives—ranging from enhancing the guest experience in-park or at attractions, to executing full 360° marketing rollouts across social media, out-of-home, print, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with the theme park or attraction's brand value proposition and core brand values.
  • Develop content in accordance with overall brand strategy, established brand guidelines, and intellectual property (IP) regulations.
  • Support the development and refinement of brand guidelines for each theme park or attraction—establishing creative standards for internal teams, partners, sponsors, and external vendors.
  • Create compelling logos and visuals for new rides, attractions, and product launches.
  • Contribute innovative, out-of-the-box concepts for activations, digital media, and marketing campaigns, leveraging the latest creative and design trends.
  • Provide guidance on production processes, including technical specifications and quality assurance across print and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and cohesive storytelling across all campaign materials.
  • Perform additional creative or support duties as required.


Qualifications & Requirements


To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • A professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Motion Graphic Design
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Graphic and Multimedia Design
  • An assertive yet approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to take direction, interpret creative briefs, and deliver on-brand results
  • A solid understanding of brand development, visual identity, and design principles
  • Expertise in industry-standard software for graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, resourceful, and innovative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English



Desirable Qualifications & Experience


  • Degree-level education in a relevant field
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design content from previous work
  • Professional certification in Illustrator, CAD, or equivalent design software
  • Background in photography, content creation, and video editing
  • Experience working in theme parks, attractions, or entertainment venues
  • Previous experience in a marketing or creative role within the UAE or GCC region
  • Proven ability to develop creative solutions for regional or global brands
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a strong advantage
