Position Overview

Quantifi Media is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join our in-office team. This role blends graphic design, website production, and digital marketing support across a variety of client projects.

The Multimedia Designer will create visual assets for both digital and print, assist with website builds and updates, and help ensure our client work is polished, accurate, and delivered on schedule.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design and technical execution, and who can thrive in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

• Design digital and print marketing materials including digital ads, flyers, billboards, brochures, signage, logos, brand kits, and other marketing collateral
• Prepare and export final production files for print and digital distribution
• Assist with brand development and visual identity work for new and existing clients
• Ensure all creative work aligns with client branding and marketing goals
• Maintain organized design files and version control for projects

Website Production & Maintenance

• Build and update client websites using the Duda website platform
• Implement content updates including text, images, layout adjustments, and page additions
• Create graphics and visual elements specifically for website use
• Assist with website launches, revisions, and ongoing updates
• Perform routine maintenance and quality checks to ensure websites remain accurate and functional
• Troubleshoot minor website issues and collaborate with internal team on more complex fixes

Project Collaboration

• Work closely with account managers, content creators, and leadership to complete client deliverables
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Follow established agency workflows and project management systems
• Participate in internal creative discussions and contribute ideas for campaigns and design improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and website editing / development
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong design skills with attention to typography, layout, and branding
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow creative direction while bringing fresh ideas to projects
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a marketing agency or multi-client environment
• Familiarity with Duda or similar website builders (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, etc.)
• Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website best practices
• Understanding of responsive website design
• Experience preparing files for large-format printing or signage
