We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer - Senior to join our creative team. In this role, you'll play a key part in bringing client campaigns to life by creating engaging visual and interactive content across digital and social platforms. You'll collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and media specialists to produce high-quality graphics, animations, short-form videos, and other multimedia assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Facebook/LinkedIn posts), digital ads (Google Display, Meta Ads), email campaigns, web banners, and print collateral.
- Create motion graphics, animations, short-form videos (15-60 seconds), and static graphics that enhance brand storytelling and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand voice, then translate those into visually compelling assets.
- Edit and assemble video footage, add effects/transitions, and incorporate audio elements for polished final products.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and platform best practices (e.g., aspect ratios, file sizes).
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams, delivering revisions quickly and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and effective.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and help ideate campaign visuals from concept to execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Prefer 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia/graphic design, preferably in a marketing agency, digital advertising,business or creative studio environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools.
- Basic video editing and sound design skills.
- Creative Skills: Strong eye for design, typography, color theory, and composition; ability to create both static and dynamic content.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting; detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Portfolio: A strong online portfolio or reel showcasing a range of work, including social media content, ads, animations, and videos.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with short-form video creation for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Knowledge of digital advertising formats and specs (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for web-integrated designs.
- Experience working on campaigns for local businesses (e.g., home services, retail, wellness).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
