Multimedia Graphic Designer (Luxury Real Estate Development)

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Marketing Assets

• Design luxury brochures, fact sheets, and investment presentations
• Develop premium floorplan visuals and masterplan layouts
• Create sales center graphics, site hoardings, and launch materials

Digital & Social Campaigns

• Develop engaging social media creatives and animated posts
• Design campaign visuals and paid ad creatives
• Create website banners, landing page visuals, and WhatsApp marketing materials

Motion & Video

• Edit cinematic drone footage and event highlights
• Produce motion graphics for project videos
• Develop animated investor presentations

Events & Exhibitions

• Design invitation materials and launch event visuals
• Create LED screen content and stage backdrops
• Develop exhibition stand graphics

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Luxury real estate experience is mandatory
• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury project marketing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Experience using AI design tools to enhance creative output
• Strong understanding of architectural visualization and luxury branding
