Role Overview:
The Multimedia Intern will support visual storytelling across our digital platforms and marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone creative, proactive, and interested in real estate development, construction documentation, and dynamic content production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in photo and video editing for social media, website, and campaigns
• Support creation of short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn clips)
• Organize and manage multimedia asset library
• Support coverage of construction site visits and corporate events
• Assist in creating highlight reels, recap videos, and testimonial content
• Research AI tools for editing and workflow optimization
• Provide multimedia support to Sales and other departments

Requirements:

• Currently studying Multimedia, Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Understanding of social media video formats and aspect ratios
• Strong creative eye for composition and storytelling
• Willingness to visit construction sites and events
• Interest in real estate development is a plus
