Job Title: Project Engineer &ndash; Civil (Developer Real estate side)Industry: Real Estate / Property DevelopmentProject Type: Residential Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinated daily construction activities with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely and quality execution of residential building works.</li><li>Reviewed IFC and shop drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP works; identified discrepancies and coordinated timely resolutions with consultants.</li><li>Supervised site execution, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Monitored progress against the master schedule and prepared weekly/monthly progress reports for internal and client-side review.</li><li>Managed snag identification, classification, and rectification in coordination with respective subcontractors across apartment units and common areas.</li><li>Facilitated handover readiness by coordinating final inspections, ensuring all finishes and MEP systems were tested and approved.</li><li>Verified contractor progress bills and variation claims in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) and cost control teams.</li><li>Ensured all construction activities adhered to local authority requirements (e.g., Municipality, Civil D&eacute;fense, DEWA/ADD).</li><li>Collaborated with HSE teams to maintain site safety and ensure compliance with developer safety policies.</li><li>Liaised with sales, customer care, and facility management teams to align on unit handovers, rectification of client concerns, and post-handover support.</li><li>Maintained comprehensive documentation, including as-built drawings, O&amp;M manuals, inspection reports, and project correspondence.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
