Role Overview:
The Social Media Intern will support the execution of our digital marketing strategy across key platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands social trends, enjoys structured coordination, and wants real-world experience in real estate branding and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating monthly content calendars
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Support basic copywriting for captions and short-form content
• Coordinate with designers and multimedia team for content rollout
• Assist in campaign launches and event promotions
• Support monitoring and responding to Google Reviews
• Track review ratings and feedback trends
• Conduct weekly research on social media trends and competitor analysis
• Maintain organized content calendars, campaign trackers, and performance reports

Requirements:

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
• Basic copywriting and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Analytical mindset for performance tracking
• Interest in real estate branding is a plus
