Multimedia Producer/Creator

The Multimedia Producer/Creator is a key part of the marketing and creative team. The Multimedia Producer/Creator's role is to capture and create video and image assets to support marketing initiatives and content for internal and external.

You will be responsible for orchestrating and assisting on all elements related to video/photoshoots as outlined below.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, and other enterprise-wide projects
• Budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with other staff to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
• Plan video shoots; scout, select, and reserve shoot locations
• Develop production schedules
• Reserve and rent equipment as needed
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
• Manage video library
• Recommend video/photography solutions
• Contributes to the Creative team effort by accomplishing additional tasks, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional portfolio of relevant work.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, visual composition, lighting, sound, etc.
• In-depth experience with a variety of video/photo equipment
• Experience with professional editing software.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video & photography.
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• A can-do attitude and competitive spirit.
• Artistic and creative vision.
• Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.

• Multimedia: 1 year (Preferred)
