• Covering everything from breaking news and city hall drama to chili cook-offs, Reds games, Oktoberfest Zinzinnati vibes, and the hidden gems that make the area the seven-hilled city legendary it is.
• Collaborating with a fun team that believes journalism should be accurate, bold, and occasionally pun-worthy, while holding the powerful accountable and not afraid to break barriers, careers, and of course, news.

The ideal candidate is:

• A multi-talented wizard with experience (or serious chops) in digital journalism, photo/video storytelling, and social media.
• Someone who can turn a city council meeting into must-read drama and a neighborhood festival into viral gold.
• A self-starter with a nose for news sharper than a goetta patty and the drive to beat deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Passionate about Cincinnati (bonus points if you already argue about the "right" way to order chili).
• Comfortable juggling cameras, mics, notebooks, and maybe a laptop while dodging traffic.
• Comfortable handling breaking news situations and shaping the future of a community.
