With rapid expansion in national and regional projects, our client is seeking a talented Multimedia Specialist to produce high-quality visual and video content that supports dynamic digital advertising campaigns, product launches, and user engagement initiatives.

Business Justification

Our client’s advertising strategy depends on the continuous production of diverse visual assets and video content to fuel high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms. Effective digital advertising requires rapid creation of asset variations for A/B testing, frequent iteration based on real-time performance data, and agile responses to engagement metrics. Currently, reliance on external agencies causes significant delays (5–7 days for simple assets) and limits the ability to pivot creatives quickly. A dedicated in-house Multimedia Specialist will enable immediate asset creation, simultaneous testing of multiple variations, real-time optimization, and sustained campaign momentum—ultimately reducing external creative costs by up to 80% while accelerating turnaround and maximizing advertising ROI through data-driven creativity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce graphic design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Develop visual materials for product launches, feature announcements, and activation campaigns.
  • Create infographics, data visualizations, and information design assets for complex healthcare data.
  • Produce video content including product demos, feature tutorials, testimonials, and promotional videos.
  • Edit and optimize video content for various platforms (social media, websites, presentations, events).
  • Design marketing collateral for healthcare facilities (posters, flyers, banners, digital displays).
  • Develop presentation templates and visual frameworks for stakeholder communications.
  • Create animated graphics and motion design for digital campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and multimedia content.
  • Manage digital asset library and version control systems.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Specialist and Digital Media Buyer on campaign-specific visual content.
  • Support event materials production (booth designs, signage, promotional items).
  • Optimize visual assets for different channels and formats (web, mobile, print, social media).
  • Maintain production schedules and deliver assets within tight campaign timelines.


Required Experience and Skills

  • 4–6 years in graphic design and video production, preferably in marketing or communications environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video production, and motion graphics work.
  • Experience producing content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Excellent skills in information design, data visualization, and infographic creation.
  • Expertise in video editing, post-production, and motion graphics.
  • Experience in B2B or B2G marketing environments (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign objectives.
  • Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
