Multimedia Tutor (Part-Time/Full-Time) (NEAR ROLLA, SHARJAH)

We are a well-established educational institute in Sharjah, committed to delivering high-quality education and practical, industry-relevant skills. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and creative Multimedia Tutors to join our academic team and provide engaging, hands-on training to students in multimedia and digital design tools.

Job Description:

The Multimedia Tutor will be responsible for teaching students various multimedia applications and design concepts, helping them develop strong creative and technical skills for real-world use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia tools, excellent teaching abilities, and a passion for creativity and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver structured lesson plans covering multimedia and design software, including but not limited to:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• CorelDRAW
• UI/UX basics and design principles
• Relevant AI-based design and multimedia tools
• Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations in a classroom or lab environment.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and practical assessments, offering constructive feedback.
• Keep course content updated with the latest multimedia trends, tools, and AI advancements.
• Create an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages creativity and student participation.
• Assist in developing course materials such as presentations, tutorials, handouts, and digital resources.
• Track student progress, attendance, and assessment records accurately.
• Support students by addressing questions and guiding them in projects and creative work.
• Collaborate with other instructors and academic staff to maintain teaching quality and consistency.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Tutor, Graphic Designer, or similar teaching or training role.
• Strong proficiency in multimedia and design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate students and foster a creative and professional learning environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of AI-powered design and multimedia tools, or a strong willingness to upskill in AI-driven technologies.
• Experience with online or blended learning platforms is an added advantage.
