Multi/MEP Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Technician / MEP Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as wiring, lighting, sockets, distribution boards, and control panels.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, pumps, valves, and water supply systems.
• Conduct mechanical maintenance on motors, AHUs, FCUs, HVAC units, and related equipment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, minor civil works, and equipment servicing.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all work is conducted safely and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
• Assist in monitoring and managing spare parts and consumables inventory.

Requirements

• Diploma/Technical Certificate in MEP, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building maintenance or MEP roles.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, general maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and electrical drawings.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE use, and standard maintenance protocols.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in residential, commercial, industrial, or facilities management environments.
• Basic understanding of BMS systems, HVAC troubleshooting, and pump/valve repairs.
• Valid Qatar ID / transferable visa (if applicable).
