Available Opportunities

1. Helpdesk Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage service requests and incidents through ticketing systems.
• Ensure timely resolution of user issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

• IT support and troubleshooting.
• Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Service Desk/Helpdesk tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

2. Oracle Applications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle applications.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with business users to optimize processes.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or related Oracle solutions.
• Functional or technical expertise in Oracle modules.
• SQL and reporting knowledge is an advantage.

3. Cybersecurity Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and protect organizational IT systems and data.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Manage security incidents and support compliance initiatives.
• Implement and maintain security controls and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Security operations, incident response, or risk management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and tools.
• Relevant certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.

✅ Omani National

✅ Relevant experience in Helpdesk , Oracle Applications , or Cybersecurity

✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

✅ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
