Available Positions: 1. Tile Mason

Responsibilities:

• Install tiles, marble, and stone on floors and walls with precision.
• Prepare, level, and clean surfaces before installation.
• Mix and apply mortar, grout, and adhesives.
• Repair and replace damaged tiles ensuring neat finishing.
• Work accurately with design plans and measurements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tile Mason.
• Strong attention to detail and finishing.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
• Good physical stamina and work ethic.

2. Gypsum Carpenter / Gypsum Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install gypsum ceilings, wall partitions, and decorative panels.
• Measure, cut, and fix gypsum boards and metal framing.
• Ensure perfect alignment and high-quality finishing of joints and edges.
• Work with false ceilings, bulkheads, and interior detailing.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in gypsum and ceiling installation.
• Ability to understand design drawings.
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety standards.
• Team-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

3. AC Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair split and central AC units.
• Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure efficient operation.
• Handle refrigerants safely and follow environmental guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in HVAC/AC or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical knowledge of wiring, refrigeration, and system controls.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
