Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customized fitness programs based on clients' needs.
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor progress.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of exercises and equipment.
• Educate clients on proper techniques, healthy habits, lifestyle improvements.
• Motivate and support clients to achieve fitness goals.
• Supervise daily operations of fitness facility.
• Collaborate with wellness professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and promote a positive workout environment.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Exercise Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Professional fitness certification.
• Minimum 3 years in fitness facility + 3 years supervisory/consulting.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition.
• Fluent in English.
