Role Summary
This leadership role owns the end-to-end global influencer campaign strategy, managing the team of Executives and ensuring that all content output is high-quality, efficient, and strategically positioned for sales conversion via paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
● Team Leadership & Accountability: Lead, train, and manage the Influencer Marketing Executive team, ensuring daily KPIs for outreach and content acquisition are met.
● Campaign Strategy & Planning: Design and manage the detailed product-wise content calendar (4-week cycles) to align influencer content with current inventory and sales priorities.
● Workflow Ownership: Implement and oversee the entire structured campaign lifecycle, including briefing, product logistics, content approval, and performance tracking.
● Ad Boosting Strategy: Oversee the collection and organization of all required content boosting permissions to facilitate effective ad spend.
● Tool Adoption: Drive the effective adoption and utilization of campaign tracking systems and influencer management platforms to optimize tracking and reporting efficiency.
● Reporting: Provide structured, real-time visibility on campaign status, content volume, and team performance to senior management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
