Position Overview
We are seeking a Music Coordinator to oversee and manage daily music operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, music industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between artists, venues, and production teams. The Music Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Tony Boyd Drums LLC’s reputation for excellence in music services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate music events, rehearsals, and studio sessions.
• Liaise with artists, venues, and production staff to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, contracts, and performance details.
• Support promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and event logistics.
• Prepare reports on music operations and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing auditions, workshops, and talent development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s entertainment regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Arts Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in music coordination, event management, or entertainment operations.
• Strong knowledge of music industry practices, event logistics, and artist relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and music/event management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
