Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Manager to oversee our music program and contribute to the artist/company development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of music education, fostering an environment that encourages creativity and growth. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees, managers, event specialists, promoters, and artists. Some traveling will be required, traveling expenses are paid for and meals are normally taken care of but optional.

Duties

• Organize and plan performances, and events, ensuring a high standard of musical excellence.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the music program, including scheduling, budgeting, sales, marketing and resource allocation.

TW Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and driven Music Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for a motivated professional with strong business and organizational skills to support our artists and projects while helping the company expand its reach in the music industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing: Develop strategies to promote artists, events, and music projects across multiple platforms.
• Budget Management: Oversee financial planning, manage project and event budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Event Planning & Oversight: Coordinate and manage live shows, tours, and special events from concept to execution.
• Scheduling: Manage calendars, book meetings, and coordinate schedules for artists, events, and company activities.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the entertainment industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in music management, event planning, or related entertainment industry role.
• Strong sales, marketing, and networking skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-driven role.
• Passion for the music and entertainment industry.
