Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Music Program Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute music programs, workshops, and events. This role is perfect for someone who blends administrative expertise with a genuine passion for music and the arts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate music programs, workshops, and live events
• Liaise with musicians, instructors, and partners to organize schedules and activities
• Manage program logistics including venues, equipment, and timelines
• Promote programs through collaboration with marketing teams
• Handle registrations, participant communications, and feedback collection
• Maintain program records, budgets, and reports
• Support the development of new creative initiatives and community outreach

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Arts Management, Event Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, events, or arts administration
• Strong passion for music and cultural initiatives
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event management tools
