Udukku Music is a music ed-tech company dedicated to teaching students across India and around the world through online lessons. We offer training across a wide range of areas including vocals, instruments (such as guitar, keyboard, and percussion), music theory, and even music production.

Role Overview
We are seeking passionate and skilled music educators to join our growing team. Whether you specialize in vocals, guitar, keyboard, synthesizer, folk music, or other genres, we welcome you to share your expertise with students across the world.

Teaching will be fully online, offering you the flexibility to connect with students from anywhere. We will first have a conversation with you to understand your expertise, teaching style, and pricing. Teachers with multiple areas of specialization are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons online in your area(s) of expertise.
• Create a positive, engaging, and encouraging learning environment.
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs and skill levels of individual students.
• Share your artistic perspective and help students not only learn technique but also grow as performers and musicians.

Qualifications

• Prior teaching experience (minimum 1 year preferred, but not compulsory).
• Strong performance or academic background in music (Indian classical, Western, contemporary, or folk).
• Ability to teach effectively online (a laptop or iPad with reliable internet and good audio setup is strongly preferred).
• A passion for music education and for empowering students as artists.
