Job Summary

The Orchid School is seeking a passionate and creative Music Teacher for Early Years Education (EYE) and Primary Years Education (PYE). The ideal candidate should have strong musical skills and the ability to engage young learners through interactive and enjoyable music-based learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons for Early Years and Primary students
• Introduce students to basic music concepts such as rhythm, melody, and instruments
• Encourage creativity and participation through singing, movement, and performance
• Organize classroom activities, school events, and musical performances
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support development
• Collaborate with staff for school concerts and cultural events

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Education, or related field (preferred)
• Prior teaching experience in EYE/PYE will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of vocal and instrumental music
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Creative, energetic, and child-friendly approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
