Music Teacher (Indian Classical Music) Female

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Indian Classical Music Teacher to train students in Hindustani Classical Music and/or allied instruments. The teacher will be responsible for imparting structured musical education rooted in Guru–Shishya Parampara, while preparing students for certified examinations, stage performances, and holistic musical growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Duties

• Conduct regular classes in Hindustani Classical Vocal / Instrumental Music
• Teach Swar Sadhana, Alankars, Ragas, Bandishes, Taal, Laya, and voice culture
• Train students in Vilambit, Madhya & Drut Khayal, Bhajans, and Light Classical forms
• Guide students for Prayag Sangeet Samiti / other recognized board examinations
• Maintain structured lesson plans as per the academy syllabus
• Provide individual attention according to student age and learning level

Student Development

• Monitor and record students’ progress and attendance
• Prepare students for stage performances, concerts, and competitions
• Encourage disciplined riyaaz and musical aesthetics
• Motivate students to build confidence and stage presence

Administrative & Coordination

• Coordinate with academy management for exams, events, and performances
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and academic planning
• Maintain class discipline and a positive learning environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
