Music Teaching Assistant – Dubai

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Music Teaching Assistant to support the delivery of engaging and inspiring music lessons for primary-aged students. This full-time role is based in Dubai, UAE, and involves working closely with the lead music teacher to nurture students’ creativity, musical skills, and love for learning in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering music lessons across various levels within the primary school.
• Support students in learning musical theory, rhythm, and instrumental or vocal techniques.
• Help organize and prepare materials, instruments, and resources for lessons and performances.
• Assist in rehearsals, concerts, and school musical events.
• Provide individual or small-group support to students to enhance skill development and confidence.
• Encourage creativity, participation, and appreciation for different musical styles.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 5,000 per month
• Medical insurance and resident visa provided

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a music assistant, music tutor, or in an educational support role.
• Strong musical background, preferably with skills in singing or playing one or more instruments.
• Knowledge of basic music theory and classroom music instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with young learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and support school performances.
