Job Description:

Axxon BPO is hiring outbound call agents for its Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) campaign. We’re looking for energetic, fluent, and confident individuals who can communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and generate quality leads.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for those who are passionate about sales, have strong persuasion skills, and are looking to build a long-term career in the BPO industry.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. clients regarding MVA claims.
• Gather and verify client information accurately.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout every interaction.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines for quality and compliance.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Previous call center or sales experience (U.S. campaign preferred).
• Ability to work in the night shift.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Minimum education: Intermediate or higher.
