Job Description :-We are seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and calendars.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and other materials.
• Provide administrative support to staff and management.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Maintain office equipment, including printers and plotters.
• Maintain office inventories and grocery supplies.
• Maintain employee attendance records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
