Call Center Representative (UK Shift)

Admin To Us is a Human Resources services company with over 50 employees, operating from offices in Manchester (UK), Gujrat (Pakistan), and our newly launched office in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. We support international clients, mainly in the UK, with staffing, support, and operational services.

Role Overview:

We’re hiring an experienced and confident Call Center Representative to handle UK-based customer communication. This is a full-time, onsite role in our new Bahria office, requiring fluency in English and a professional demeanor on calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK clients and customers.
  • Communicate fluently in English with a neutral or British-accented tone.
  • Use CRM software, call center tools, email, and WhatsApp to manage leads and conversations.
  • Record customer interactions and manage data entry in CRM platforms.
  • Provide top-tier support and build strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and meet targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a UK-based call center environment.
  • Fluent spoken English with a clear, understandable accent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, call software, and digital messaging platforms.
  • Confident in using computers and multi-tasking between tools.
