Job Summary
The CSR Executive will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring efficient customer service, and achieving Customer services and campaign goals. Inbound calls will involve addressing customer queries, providing product information, and resolving issues, while outbound calls will be targeted at running promotional campaigns, surveys, or marketing offers and call back confirmations. This individual will provide high-quality support and communication to customers, demonstrating professionalism and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Education:
Bachelors in Business Administration/Financial Accounting/ or equivalent.
Experience
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
