we are currently expanding our team and seeking a proactive and ambitious Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to drive outbound calls and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients across different industries to introduce Web Digital Sphere’s services.
- Convert leads into qualified prospects through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable digital solutions.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development Manager with interested clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on calls, leads, and achieved targets to management.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, or outbound calling (preferably in digital services).
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and convert leads into opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.
- Must be available for morning shifts.
