We are looking for E-commerce Virtual Assistants to join our office in Spring North Bahria Phase-7, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, office-based position. Applicants must have prior experience in handling e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or Walmart, along with strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, and customer service tasks.
• Conduct product and market research to identify trends and pricing strategies.
• Manage product descriptions, keywords, and SEO optimization for product visibility.
• Assist in campaign management, promotional listings, and store performance tracking.
• Process returns, refunds, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Coordinate with international clients to ensure smooth operations and reporting.
• Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce management or as a Virtual Assistant for online stores.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
